About me

I’m a registered nurse with extensive experience working in Emergency Departments, supporting people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

In ED, I have countless conversations — about addiction, fear, trauma, habits, anxiety, and lives people desperately want to change. But unless it’s a medical emergency, all I can do is offer seeds: insights, support, encouragement, and hope that those seeds might one day grow.

Hypnotherapy allows me to do more.

This work lets me plant, grow, and nurture real change.

Alongside nursing, I am a qualified hypnotherapist, sound therapist, and proud recipient of Sound Therapist of the Year. My approach blends clinical understanding, nervous system regulation, subconscious work, and compassion — without judgement, pressure, or overwhelm.

Nature and travel deeply influence my work. From sound journeys inspired by forests, oceans, and mountains, to the understanding that healing is not linear — these experiences shape how I hold space for others.

I love medicine. I love emergency nursing.

But this work — this is a whole new world, and I am deeply honoured to walk alongside people in it.
